Caryn Jervis has a diverse work experience in the fields of partnerships, account management, and transition services. Most recently, they have been the Head of Partnerships at Hygraph, where they lead the overall indirect/partner-led strategy and manages the partner program and global team. Caryn is responsible for building an ecosystem with technology and solution partners, driving partner awareness and enablement, and collaborating on co-marketing and co-selling initiatives.

Prior to their role at Hygraph, Caryn was a Member at the EU Partnership Crew, Partnership Leaders, and the MACH Alliance, all of which are organizations focused on partnerships and alliances.

Before entering the partnerships field, Caryn worked at Market Logic Software as an Executive Client Partner, where they closed complex commercial deals with new and existing enterprise clients. Caryn also served as a Client Partner, focusing on upsell and account management within global strategic accounts.

Earlier in their career, Caryn held positions at Oracle as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances for Oracle Marketing Cloud and as a Business Development Consultant. In these roles, they built long-term strategic relationships with partners and developed marketing and business plans to achieve assigned goals.

Caryn also has experience in transition services, having worked as a Manager of Transition Services at Raymond James Ltd. In this role, they led a team in recruiting and onboarding financial advisors and opening branches across Canada. Caryn also served as a Bilingual Transition Specialist and Relationship Manager, supporting financial advisor recruits and designing programs to enhance their productivity and client retention.

Caryn's early career included a role as a Bilingual Client Service Representative at Manulife, where they provided excellent client service to financial advisors and their clients.

Caryn Jervis completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Berlin Professional School - HWR Berlin from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours B.A in International Relations and Affairs, International Business, Economics, and Political Science from the University of Toronto between 2006 and 2008. Caryn also holds a B.A, Hon degree in Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Business from the University of Guelph, which they received from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their academic degrees, Caryn Jervis has acquired various certifications. Caryn obtained a Certified Partnerships Professional certification from Firneo in December 2022. In December 2020, they obtained a Digital Transformation certification from Masterplan.com. Caryn has also completed several eLearning certifications, including Mobile Marketing, B2B Eloqua Masters, Web & Digital Analytics, Digital Content Marketing, Social Media, and Email Marketing. These eLearning certifications were obtained from the American Marketing Association between 2015 and 2016.

Caryn Jervis has further certifications in Persuasive Prospecting from VorsightBP in February 2015 and Advanced Excel from Acend Corporate Learning in September 2012. Prior to that, in August 2011, they completed the Conduct & Practices Handbook certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). Caryn also holds a Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) obtained in May 2009.

Caryn Jervis is pursuing a Managing for Impact Certification from Winning by Design, which they are expected to complete in March 2023.
