Devika Harville has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They began their career as a Specialty Lines Underwriter at Safeco Insurance Company in 1994, where they excelled in evaluating and rating specialty lines risks and maintained high quality assurance scores. In 2008, they left Safeco Insurance Company and joined Schembri Insurance Group, where they worked as a CSR/Producer before becoming a Senior Account Representative. At Schembri Insurance Group, they focused on rounded accounts and provided referrals for acquiring additional lines of business. In 2017, they joined Allied Insurance Managers, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Customer Service professional before moving to Hylant in 2021, where they currently hold the position of Client Service Manager - Small Business Service Center. They also have prior experience as a Circulation Assistant at Harper Woods Public Library.

Devika Harville obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Devika has also earned several certifications in the field of insurance, including the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, which they obtained in December 2021.
