Melissa Love has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Melissa started their career at Hylant Group in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Client Service Specialist until 2010. In 2010, they joined Luce, Smith & Scott as an Insurance Agent, specializing in Commercial Lines. After three years, they returned to Hylant as a Client Service Manager in 2013. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held various roles, including Senior Client Service Manager and Team Leader. Melissa Love's expertise lies in providing excellent client service and managing teams effectively.

Melissa Love, CRM, CIC, CISR, earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business Administration from Ashland University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their undergraduate education, Melissa has obtained several certifications from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Melissa became a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) in November 2021, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in October 2008, and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) in June 2005.
