Amal Gulyamova has over 8 years of work experience in customer success, consulting, payment solutions, business process management, and tax & legal services.

In 2021, Amal began working at Hypatos as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager.

From 2018 to 2021, Amal worked at MHP – A Porsche Company as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant. In this role, Amal was responsible for defining business and technical requirements with cross-functional teams, working with architects and developers to create and prioritize features, plan stories, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development process. Additionally, Amal aligned on vision, roadmap, and KPIs throughout the project organization and partnered closely with business partners and third parties/vendors to maintain strong and sustainable relationships.

In 2017, Amal worked at Volkswagen Financial Services as a Global Payment Solutions Working Student. In this role, Amal was responsible for assessing various national and international payment service providers, researching payment options and products widely used in the planned rollout countries, and defining and creating payment process flows using BPMN.

In 2016, Amal worked at Sartorius Stedim Biotech as a Business Process Management Working Student. In this role, Amal assisted the team in designing and adapting procedures for SAP rollout in France and contributed to conception and documentation of the market onboarding processes.

Finally, from 2013 to 2016, Amal worked at PwC Deutschland as a Tax & Legal Services Intern/Working Student. In this role, Amal supported the Indirect Tax team with researches on specific topics on VAT, customs, market regulations and foreign trade law, took over the responsibility for international tax compliance queries, and participated in implementing new tax tools in client's IT landscape.

Amal Gulyamova obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin between 2010 and 2015. Amal then went on to receive a Master of Science in Taxation from The University of Göttingen between 2015 and 2018.
