Jennifer Filippi

Jennifer Filippi has a diverse work experience in various companies, starting with their current position as a Junior Product Manager at HYPE Innovation since March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Startup Scout for INNOSPOT from April 2022 to February 2023. Jennifer also worked at the DRÄXLMAIER Group as part of the Innovation Management team from August 2021 to January 2022. Jennifer participated in the Accenture Female Talent Program at Accenture from May 2021 to October 2021, where they gained mentoring, coaching, and insights into topics like Digital Transformation. Prior to that, they worked briefly at UNITY in Product & Service Innovation in January and February 2021. Jennifer was also involved in Project Management Digital Innovation at Miele from August 2020 to November 2020. Jennifer'swork experience with BMW Group includes roles as an Innovation Management intern from April 2020 to June 2020 and as part of Innovation Management and Digitalization, focusing on evaluation, control, and prioritization of innovation projects, requirements management, and planning events from August 2019 to March 2020.

Jennifer Filippi has an extensive education history. Jennifer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at Hochschule Bielefeld, from 2016 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, which they will complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed three certifications on Platform Thinking at Politecnico di Milano: "Designing Platforms," "Exploiting data through platforms," and "What's beyond Uber." Jennifer also obtained a certification in Curso de Español Intensivo from Españolé International House Valencia in August 2018 and was awarded the Deutschlandstipendium from Stiftung Studienfonds OWL in October 2018. So, without making any strong assumptions outside the experience provided, Jennifer Filippi has demonstrated their commitment to continuous learning and has acquired a diverse set of skills and knowledge in the fields of industrial engineering and management.
