Luis Vinicius has been working in the customer service and support industry since 2017. Luis began their career as a 3D Artist at DECORA, then moved on to become a Senior Support Analyst at Stefanini Brasil. In 2018, they joined Teleperformance as a Support Analyst. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Associate and Senior Customer Service Associate at Lalamove from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Luis is a Talent Representative at BairesDev and a CS Manager - USA, Canada & LatAm at HypeAuditor. Luis'srole at HypeAuditor involves conducting clients in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with onboarding and support for all Customer Journey cycles.
