As Chief People Officer, Caron is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to create an environment in which people can thrive and do their best work. By enabling a strong culture and delivering best-in-class partnership and programs, the People Team will ensure Hyperscience is able to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Prior to Hyperscience, Caron held senior HR roles at ADP, Turner Broadcasting (now Warner Media), Siemens, and Colonial Pipeline Company. Her focus has always been and will continue to be on improving organizational effectiveness by building individual capability at all levels and collective organizational capability as a result. Caron partners collaboratively with leaders and employees to ensure a focus on leadership effectiveness, performance and execution, and culture & engagement. In addition to years of HR and Talent experience in various industries, Caron’s prior experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the petroleum industry allowed her to gain valuable experiences in Construction Project Management, Logistics & Operations, and Risk Assessment Modeling which shape her approach to partnering with the business.
Caron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance – both from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is also holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning and Change Management.
Caron lives in Atlanta, GA with her family and enjoys cheering on her daughter who plays travel volleyball on the weekends.
