Shun Chen

Shun Chen is an experienced product leader with a strong background in technology and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Products at Hyperscience. Prior roles include Vice President of Products at Conviva, VP of Product and Driver Supply at Zūm, and VP of Product at Gladly, Inc. Additionally, Shun Chen held multiple roles at Zendesk, including General Manager of Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Guide, as well as Vice President of Products. Shun Chen earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
