Nate Gardner

Nate Gardner has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Nate started their career as a Founder and Leader of FIRST Tech Challenge Team #4666: Loco-Motives from 2010 to 2013. Nate then worked as a Robotics Consultant for Rogue Rovers, LLC in collaboration with Oregon Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2014. Following that, Nate served as the President of the Oregon Tech Robotics Club from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Ambassador at Oregon Institute of Technology and also volunteered at Hand in Hand Farm. Nate then took on roles as an IT Services Helpdesk Technician and Switchboard Operator at Oregon Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2015. Nate simultaneously held the position of President at Critter from 2014 to 2017. From 2014 to 2015, they performed Pixel Jockey duties at PixelWorks Studios, Inc. Nate joined Boeing in 2015 and took on multiple roles including an Intern in Production Engineering Core, a Systems Engineering Tech in Global Services Analytics, and a Manufacturing Tech Analyst in interiors Digital Capabilities. During their tenure at Boeing, Nate gained experience in computer vision, robotics, machine learning, and analytics. In 2016, they became the CTO of Hyperspace XR, where they focus on creating immersive storytelling experiences. Overall, Nate Gardner has a strong background in robotics, engineering, and technology.

Nate Gardner began their educational journey in 2011 at Central Oregon Community College, where they pursued a degree in Engineering until 2013. Afterward, from 2013 to 2015, Nate attended the Oregon Institute of Technology and studied Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering Technology, and Applied Mathematics. In 2016 and 2017, they furthered their studies in Mechanical Engineering at Oregon Tech Seattle. However, no specific degree was mentioned for their time at either institution.
