Alison Eko, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Alison has most recently worked at Hypertherm Associates as the Human Resources Director/Inclusion & Diversity Director, where they have been since December 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner II and a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Hypertherm Associates, they worked at The Timken Company, where they held various roles such as Organizational Advancement Group Lead, Organizational Advancement and Health & Safety Section Manager, Sr. Organizational Advancement Analyst, and Organizational Advancement Analyst. Alison also has experience in administrative and marketing roles, including positions at Colby-Sawyer College, Vermont Properties and Development, Inc., Claremont Savings Bank, and the Town of Grafton: Building Department. Alison'searly work experience includes roles in the machinery industry and as a waitress at Hartness House. Overall, Alison has a breadth of experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, diversity and inclusion, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and employee relations.
Alison Eko earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their degree between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College, graduating between 2007 and 2011. Alison also holds additional certifications, including the 10-hour OSHA Hazard for General Industry from the OSHA Education Center, obtained in 2016, and the SHRM Essentials of HR Management from the Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in 2011.
