Marc Runyan

Marc Runyan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to revenue operations, sales operations, and enablement. Marc currently serves as the VP, Revenue Operations at Betterworks, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ON24 as a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations from January 2020 to July 2022. Marc also has experience at Nitro, Inc. as a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Enablement from November 2018 to December 2019 and at O'Reilly Media as a Sr. Director of Sales Operations from November 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they held leadership positions at Auction.com and SuccessFactors, among others. Marc's early career involved roles in learning strategy, instructional design, and curriculum development.

Marc Runyan holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University. Marc also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2006. Recently, they pursued studies in Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2020 to 2021.
