Total Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000

The Mission Control team are our qualitative gurus and logistics coordinators who are mission critical to our qualitative research. Unique to Hypothesis, this small but mighty team works closely with our Client Services team to manage screener writing, selection and coordination of vendors, finding top notch respondents and ensuring a premium experience for Hypothesis, clients and participants.
What You’ll Do:
Manage 4-6 projects (depending on complexity) from recruitment to invoice
Interface with partners and vendors for costs on current and proposed projects
Develop qualitative screener with oversight from more senior team members
Manage recruitment process: conduct field briefings with vendors and internal teams, monitor recruitment progress, and solve for issues with minimal assistance
Manage recruitment process with international partners that will require evening and weekend work if the project requires it.
Coordinate rescreening of respondents and conduct rescreening when needed. Reviewing screening notes to determine if we have the best participants.
Set-up and facilitate online methods (bulletin boards, video journals, etc.) oversight from senior team members
Manage project logistics; distribution of respondent materials (e.g. homework, product, etc.), facility set-up, technology, and incentives
Conduct review and entry of vendor invoices.
Maintain resources database and participant tracking
Assist senior team on more complicated studies as needed
Serve as a strong qualitative partner to the Client Services team
Employ a collaborative and solution orientated nature when working with all Hypothesis team members
Contribute to company culture and champion the Hypothesis Way
Follow and comply with Hypothesis PII policy and ensure vendor compliance
What You Have:
1-2+ years of experience in market research and qualitative recruiting and project field management
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Excellent creative thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail
