Title: Senior Consultant (Market Research)

Department: Project

Location: Flexible – offices in Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA

Total Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000

The Senior Consultant is responsible for the project management flow, developing research materials and gathering client feedback where appropriate within several client accounts. The Consultant partners with Directors to develop client leadership and consulting skills on increasingly complex clients and projects. This person also manages several direct reports.

Team Impact:

  • Manage several direct reports
  • Lead and encourage direct reports to accomplish personal and company and team goals
  • Provide clear expectations of work performance, and regularly provide positive and constructive feedback and coaching to help direct reports reach their full potential in their roles
  • Identify training and growth development needs for direct reports and create learning plans with clear goals and timelines for completion
  • Address individual and team conflicts when needed in a prompt, professional manner
  • Conduct annual performance reviews

Client Impact:

  • Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clients
  • Lead the internal project success throughout Project Lifecycle
  • Create the key quantitative and qualitative (screeners/questionnaires) drafts
  • Own creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, and tab/banner specs
  • Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports
  • Lead analysis on qualitative and quantitative data, and create storypoints outline for review and feedback
  • Create report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic Plan
  • Attend presentation of final report
