John Stephenson is an experienced professional in the IT and consulting industry, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at HYPR NZ since April 2022 and as the Founder of Crossworks Consulting. Previously, John held the role of Head of Tech Delivery at Worldline Merchant Services, overseeing the development and delivery of digital products and managing a team of over 50. John has also contributed significantly to agile practices as Agile Practice Lead at Paymark and was recognized for leadership as Release, Methods, and Practice Team Leader at IAG New Zealand. Earlier experience includes roles as Global Program Manager and Worldwide Lead Business Analyst at Intel Corporation, leading international teams and initiatives. John's academic background includes a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
