Gary Beggs

Gary Beggs is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of People Development at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling since June 2022. Prior to this role, Gary worked at Ted Baker from November 2012 to August 2022, where responsibilities included acting as a Learning & Development Business Partner, focusing on L&D strategy across Europe, customizing training interventions, and managing training budgets for multiple territories. Earlier roles at Ted Baker also encompassed training delivery to diverse audiences and ensuring training tools were culturally adaptable. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2008.
