Dave Daywalt

Dave Daywalt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and program management. Dave currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hyundai Capital America, where they are responsible for developing and overseeing HR strategies and functions. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Hyundai Capital Canada, where they established and led the Corporate Services Department. Dave's experience also includes senior roles at Morneau Shepell, Mercer, ExcellerateHRO, and Towers Perrin, where they managed client implementations, directed project teams, and led organizational operations. Dave began their career as a Consultant at Accenture, where they worked on custom application development projects and software implementations.

Dave Daywalt graduated from Clarkson University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
