Michael Moffett

Michael Moffett has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michael most recently worked at IA Collaborative as an Associate Director, Interaction Design. Prior to that, they held positions at Publicis Sapient as a User Experience Lead and Senior User Experience Designer, where they led research exercises, design explorations, and cross-functional development of high-end technology solutions. Michael also strengthened the company's reputation as pioneers in the industry and formed strong client relationships. Before that, they worked at U.S. Bank as a Principal XA and User Experience Architect, where they guided senior designers and designers in human-centered design techniques and optimized experience architecture to promote findability and usability. Michael also worked at YYES as a Graphic Designer, managing external development teams and leading design thinking workshops. Additionally, they worked at Gallup as a Multimedia Producer, recording and producing a weekly data-driven web show and creating data visualization graphics. Earlier in their career, they worked at Blakeslee as a Producer/Designer, where they edited and animated video segments, directed video and photo shoots, and designed materials for advertising campaigns. Michael also worked as a Junior Copywriter, writing content for various mediums and supporting the creative team.

Michael Moffett attended The George Washington University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. In addition, they have been certified as a SAFe® 4 Agilist and a SAFe® 5 Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc. Michael obtained the SAFe® 4 Agilist certification in December 2019 and the SAFe® 5 Agilist certification in July 2023.
