Mirasol Desabille

Mirasol Desabille is an experienced engineering professional with over a decade of expertise at Lear Automotive Services Netherlands (B.V) Philippine Operation, currently serving as Engineering Manager since September 2010. In this role, Mirasol manages mechanical and PCB design teams focused on the development of automotive plastics, metals, and electronic products. Mirasol also leads the design initiatives for major Asian OEMs, including Mitsubishi and Nissan. Previously, as Team Leader and Technical Product Leader, Mirasol provided guidance on electronic products development and coordinated engineering activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and budgets. Mirasol began the career in 1999 as an Industrial Engineer at Haggai International Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos in 1999.
