James Wilson

James Wilson is a Performance Analyst at IAG Cargo, beginning in October 2022, with previous experience as a Network Support Executive and ULD Business Support Manager in the Logistics Graduate program. In these roles, James has focused on supporting the Network and Alliances team as well as driving process improvements and sustainable practices. Prior to joining IAG Cargo, James served as a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix from June 2021 to August 2022. James holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hull and has completed education at WCG and Myton School.
