Jemma Cross

Jemma Cross has over a decade of experience in the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Business Change Manager at IAG Cargo since June 2014, Jemma has held several key roles including SME Growth and Development Manager, Business Development Manager for Europe & Africa, and Key Account Manager for British Airways Cargo. Prior to this, Jemma worked at British Airways as a Route Analyst in Revenue Management, overseeing cargo capacity and revenue management for major Asian markets. Jemma's early career included a role as a Transport Consultant at Jacobs Engineering and work as an Accessibility Planner for Metro WYPTE, focusing on public transport accessibility for the elderly and disabled. Jemma holds a BA in Geography with Transport Planning from the University of Leeds.
