Jessica Wood

Jessica Wood has extensive work experience in the human resources field, mainly with IAG Cargo and British Airways. Jessica'smost recent position was as the Head of HR at IAG Cargo starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at IAG Cargo, including Interim Chief People Officer and Global HR Business Partner. Before joining IAG Cargo, Jessica worked at British Airways in roles such as HR Business Partner and People Change Lead. Jessica also had experience as a Commercial Implementation Executive, Leader for Business Graduate Scheme, and Inflight Business Manager during their time at British Airways.

Jessica Wood completed their education at Manchester Metropolitan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Business with First Class distinction. Jessica studied at the university from 2006 to 2010. Later, in the years 2018 to 2022, Jessica pursued further education in Human Resources Management by obtaining a Diploma - Level 7 from CIPD Qualifications.
