Lisa Carter

Lisa Carter has a diverse range of work experience in the field of reward and recognition. Lisa has held positions such as Head of Reward & Recognition at IAG Cargo, Head of Reward at Müller UK & Ireland, Head of Reward at Wincanton, and Head of Reward at Calor Gas Ltd. Lisa also worked as a Reward Team Lead and Senior Reward Advisor at Finning (UK), and as an Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Bombardier Transportation. Lisa has experience in various areas such as compensation, management information, pension, global mobility, payroll, and HR systems. Lisa took a career break from 2008 to 2011 to raise children and previously worked as a Payroll Benefits Manager at Nivea Beiersdorf, where they implemented new pay reward structures and managed the setup of pension schemes.

Lisa Carter has a Master's degree in Reward Management from CIPD - Level 7 Advanced Award. Lisa also obtained an IPPM Management Diploma from the Institute of Payroll Professionals and Pensions Management Institute, which they completed between 1999 and 2000.
