Principal, NRMA Segment Strategy And CVP at IAG Limited

Amanda Koo is an experienced professional in strategy development and customer journey design, currently serving as Principal for NRMA Segment Strategy and CVP at IAG since July 2017. In this role, Amanda is responsible for identifying target segments and developing customer value propositions, while also collaborating across the value chain to drive growth and retention. Prior to IAG, Amanda worked at National Australia Bank in various roles including Product Manager for NAB Asia's Home Lending portfolio and Business Improvement Manager, utilizing Six Sigma and lean methodologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Amanda began their career at ANZ as a First Level Support Officer and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing/Management from Victoria University, a Diploma of Project Management from UNE Partnerships, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
