Jayson Elliott

Jayson Elliott is an experienced Software Engineering Manager at IAG since May 2013, leading a cross-functional team of software development professionals across New Zealand and Australia. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Jayson has held multiple leadership roles, including Delivery Lead, IT Team Leader, and Java Team Leader, where achievements include improving delivery efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Prior to IAG, Jayson served as Managing Director of The Game Station, overseeing its transformation into a successful retail entity, and held various systems analyst and programming roles at AMI Insurance Company, contributing to significant technology initiatives such as the development of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for earthquake claims management. Jayson began a tech career in the late 1980s with roles at Unisys Linc Development Centre and Cardinal Network.
