Jessica Baer

Jessica Baer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles. Since December 2019, Jessica has served as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at iA, having previously held the position of General Counsel and Executive Vice President at the same organization. Prior to this, Jessica was the Director of the Division of Professional Regulation and General Counsel at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation from March 2015 to May 2019. Jessica's legal career began with several associate positions at firms such as K&L Gates, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
