Samant Mathur has extensive work experience in the IT industry. They started their career at Technosoft Corporation in the year 2000 as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines and HIPAA Privacy Rule. They also played a crucial role in translating user requirements into technical design specifications.

In 2005, they joined Zensar Technologies as a Group Manager and were involved in the design, development, and implementation of an agent quoting tool. They also managed customer solutions, owned release management responsibilities, and supervised analysts' performance.

Afterwards, they worked at Codeworks, Inc., where they served as a Project Manager for Humana. Their responsibilities included managing the implementation of new products and capabilities for the Affordable Care Act as well as conducting public exchange testing.

At Assurant, Samant worked as a Software Engineer and collaborated with diverse teams to drive project deliverables for QHP certification by public exchanges.

They then joined Genesis10 as a Software Engineer and coordinated various technical projects, such as the implementation of a Learning Management System and the integration of multiple products with EPIC.

From 2017 to 2021, Samant worked at National General Insurance as an IT Consultant. Their role involved designing, developing, automating, and supporting complex applications for data extraction, transformation, and loading. They specifically utilized Informatica Powercenter 10 for ETL mappings, mapplets, workflows, and worklets.

Currently, Samant is employed at IAT Insurance Group as a Systems Analyst Specialist.

Samant Mathur completed a training program in PowerCenter 10.X at Informatica University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. In addition to their formal education, Samant Mathur also obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute in April 2017.
