Clemens Beer has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Clemens started their career in 2013 as a Student Assistant at Handwerkskammer Chemnitz and then worked as a Student Assistant at Freie Universität Berlin in 2014. In 2015, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Working Student Talent Management at IAV GmbH. In 2016, they also worked as a Student Assistant at Freie Universität Berlin.
In 2017, Clemens joined IAV GmbH as a Talent Management Specialist and later became an Organizational Psychologist from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Project Lead Corporate Culture and then took on the role of Team Lead Culture & Sustainability from 2022 to 2022.
