Jennifer M. has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jennifer started their career at First Hawaiian Bank where they worked as a teller for over two years. After that, they joined the Air National Guard as a Human Resource-Information Management specialist for five years, managing and auditing over 300 personal records. Jennifer then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mann Organization, balancing financial records and designing filing systems. Jennifer later joined Marriott International as a Front Office Manager, overseeing front desk operations and compiling reports for senior management. At Real Property Systems, they served as a Human Resource Generalist, handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compensation management. Jennifer's next role was as a Corporate Manager of Human Resources at All Counties Courier, Inc., where they worked closely with the President & CEO and provided leadership in HR administration. Lastly, they joined iBase-t as the Vice President of People Operations, leading HR strategy and initiatives for a global team of employees and implementing a new HR strategy that improved transparency and collaboration.
