At Real Property Systems, they served as a Human Resource Generalist, handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compensation management. Jennifer's next role was as a Corporate Manager of Human Resources at All Counties Courier, Inc., where they worked closely with the President & CEO and provided leadership in HR administration.
