Gonzalo Cerón Hernández

Gonzalo Cerón Hernández has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Gonzalo is currently serving as the Head of M&A Legal at Iberdrola since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Martinez-Echevarria Abogados from July 2020 to March 2021. Gonzalo also held the position of Socio - Partner at Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain for ten years, from February 2010 to July 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Contract Attorney at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from February 2010 to May 2012. Before that, they were an Asociado at Deloitte Abogados from December 2008 to February 2010. Gonzalo gained experience as an Asociado Senior at Araoz & Rueda Abogados from January 2007 to November 2008 and as an Asociado at Baker & Mckenzie from February 2006 to December 2006. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Abogado at Grupo Lar from December 2004 to February 2006 and as an Abogado at Garrigues from September 2001 to November 2004.

Gonzalo Cerón Hernández completed a Master's degree in Business Law at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1995 to 1999.
