Rateeluck Tarn Goelling serves as an International Representative for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) within the Safety and Health Department since July 2013. In addition, Rateeluck occupies the role of Director of Civic & Community Engagement, focusing on meeting the diverse needs of IBEW membership and strengthening community ties. Previously, Rateeluck coordinated grassroots political efforts at the national level and held various positions within IBEW Local 26, including Journeyman Inside Wireman and Apprentice Inside Wireman. Rateeluck also contributed as a part-time instructor at IBEW Local 26 JATC, teaching electrical courses. Early career experiences include roles in food service, event coordination, and residence life management while pursuing a BA in Philosophy from St. Mary's College of Maryland and completing electrical construction training at IBEW Local 26 JATC.
