Rahul Dayal, PMP®, CSM®, ITIL v4®

Rahul Dayal, PMP®, CSM®, ITIL v4®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rahul currently holds the position of Vice President of IT Programs at IBSS since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director at IBSS from April 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining IBSS, Rahul worked as the Vice President of Growth at Axiom Consultants from September 2020 to April 2021. Rahul'srole involved business development, strategy formulation, and execution to achieve growth targets by pursuing and capturing federal contracts.

From November 2018 to September 2020, Rahul was the Director at TSPi. In this role, they led and supported essential corporate functions and strategic initiatives related to planning, growth, and quality. Rahul'score areas included corporate strategy, program management, quality management, business development, and proposal development.

Prior to TSPi, Rahul served as the Director of Strategic Programs at Systems Integration and Development, Inc (SID) from 2017 to 2018. Here, they provided executive-level accountability for program portfolios and guided a team of 40+ staff in all aspects of operations, project management, recruiting and staffing decisions, business development, and growth.

Rahul's experience also includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at ITegrity, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, where they oversaw program and project lifecycle management for IT Service contracts. Rahul held bottom-line accountability for program direction and strategy, including data analysis, escalations, stewardship, client retention, contract development and negotiations, due diligence, and business development across verticals.

Earlier in their career, Rahul held leadership positions at @RayzorTech LLC, Acentia, Accenture, Seneca Corporation, and Vidar Systems Corporation, where they gained valuable experience in IT support services, business development, program management, and web/database development.

Throughout their career, Rahul has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, successfully leading teams, driving business development initiatives, and achieving business objectives. Rahul is a PMP®, CSM®, and ITIL v4® certified professional.

Rahul Dayal holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Systems Management with a concentration in Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Rahul obtained this degree between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, Rahul has acquired various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the ITIL4® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in April 2020; the Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional certification from Salesforce, obtained in January 2019; the AWS Business Professional and AWS Technical Professional certifications from Amazon Web Services, obtained in June 2017; the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2008; and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2018.
