Rebecca Hamilton

Rebecca Hamilton is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in program coordination and client relations. Currently serving as the ESR Department Coordinator at IBTS since December 2006, Rebecca provides remote support for the Energy Services Program, overseeing invoicing, project reporting, and maintaining effective client relationships. As a former Training Coordinator, Rebecca successfully renewed IACET accreditation and established ICC Preferred Provider status. Previous roles include Plan Review Coordinator, where Rebecca streamlined processes and enhanced document management systems. Additionally, as the owner and artist of Raven's Own since 2009, Rebecca manages all aspects of a creative business, including product creation and client communication. Prior experience includes serving as Configuration Management Librarian at Galaxy Scientific, where Rebecca improved procedural documentation for the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Rebecca holds a high school diploma from Mount Vernon High School, graduating in 2002.
