Samir Omar Nahas

Samir Omar Nahas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and project management. Currently serving as the Regional Division Manager at ICAD-KSA since April 2022, Samir has been instrumental in establishing the civil/architectural estimation and technical division in Dubai, overseeing project bidding and divisional operations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Previously, Samir held roles such as Investor Relations Consultant at The London Project Group, Senior Business Development Manager at Enterprise Singapore, and Market Developer at Hansgrohe Group. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanese American University, Samir has successfully driven over 30 projects worth over $100 million and cultivated strategic relationships to support business expansion initiatives throughout their career.
