Joshua Forcum

Joshua Forcum serves as the Associate Dean and COO at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, overseeing administrative relationships with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and managing various operational areas such as Human Resources and Finance. Prior to this role, Joshua held multiple positions in Human Resources, including Regional Director and Regional Manager, where responsibilities included the management of HR operations, compliance with regulations, negotiation of contracts, and addressing labor relations issues. Joshua began a career in labor relations at MetroPlus Health Plan and The Mount Sinai Hospital, providing expertise in grievance handling and employee relations. With a Doctor of Law degree from Rutgers Law School and a BA in Sociology and Theater from UC Berkeley, Joshua emphasizes continuous improvement and best practices in HR management.
