Rich Pavel

Rich Pavel has extensive experience in engineering management within the manufacturing sector, having worked for Navistar Inc. as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor since 2009, where leadership of a senior engineering team focused on resolving manufacturing launch and quality challenges. Prior to this, Rich held the position of Engineering Services Manager at Federal Mogul from 1997 to 2008, directing three teams in manufacturing support initiatives. Earlier roles include Program Manager for the MLS Head Gasket Program at Fel-Pro, Inc., where Rich led cross-functional teams to transition new products into high-volume production, and Industrial Engineering Supervisor at Electro-Motive Diesel, overseeing the development of production routings. Rich Pavel earned an M.B.A. from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
