Susan Bates

Susan Bates has extensive experience in administrative and coordination roles within the event and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Directors of Building Services and Event Services at the International Convention Centre Sydney since July 2018, Susan has held multiple positions, including Food & Beverage Services Coordinator and Team Assistant. Prior roles include Accounts Payable Officer and Team Assistant at Allianz Australia Limited, and Event Information Systems Coordinator at ICC Sydney. Between September 2005 and August 2015, Susan worked at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, where responsibilities encompassed serving as Executive Assistant to various general managers overseeing business development and events.
