Paul Filippelli

Paul Filippelli is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various roles within the packaging industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Ice River Sustainable Solutions since November 2023, Paul previously held positions at Amcor as Key Account Manager and National Account Manager, focusing on flexible and rigid packaging solutions for major food processing companies in Canada from March 2020 to November 2023. At Sonoco, from May 2014 to April 2020, Paul managed Canadian sales for rigid paper containers and closures, overseeing a territory generating $26MM-$27MM in sales. Prior to that, Paul was the National Sales Manager at Drytac Corporation, where responsibilities included developing the sales and marketing strategy for Canada. Earlier roles include Senior Sales Manager at Multi-Tac Inc's Graphics Division, where Paul established a division to target the growing wide format imaging market, and Business Development Manager at Multi-Tac Inc, focusing on self-adhesive labeling and packaging. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and a certification in Project Management from Sheridan College.
