Shareef A.

Shareef A. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shareef is currently the VP - Strategic Accounts at Iceotope Technologies Limited, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lenovo for several years in various positions. From July 2021 to March 2023, Shareef served as the Director, Chief of Staff - Strategy and Emerging Business. Before that, they held the role of Chief of Staff - Strategy and Emerging Business from January 2020 to July 2021. Shareef also worked in roles such as Sr. Manager - User Experience & Industrial Design, Senior Program Manager - HyperConvereged Solutions, and Program Manager - High Performance Computing. Shareef started their career at IBM in 2008, where they worked as a Manager and Program Manager. Additionally, Shareef had a brief stint at Kenan-Flagler Business School as a student from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked in special projects at IBM, focusing on speech-to-speech translation technology, and as an IC Design Engineer, contributing to the design of custom circuits for the Cell Processor.

Shareef A. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a SCPM (Senior Certified Project Manager) degree in Advanced Project Management. Finally, Shareef A. enrolled in the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2011 to 2012, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration.
