Caryn Mcgarry

Caryn McGarry is an accomplished human resources leader with diverse experience in professional services, media, federal contracting, and telecommunications. She has deep expertise in a range of critical HR categories: talent acquisition and management, change management, organizational design, HR business partnering, HR technology, and HR operations. She has a passion for partnering with line leaders to define and execute impactful HR strategies aligned with business priorities.

As ICF’s chief human resources officer, Caryn is responsible for all aspects of HR globally, including recruiting, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, learning, leadership development, change management, performance management, and HR systems and analytics.

Prior to joining ICF in 2017, Caryn held HR Leadership roles with USA Today Network, TASC, Verizon, and MCI.  She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Radford University.
