Jeffrey Fulgencio

Jeffrey Fulgencio is an experienced art teacher at ICHEN ART ACADEMY, INC., where responsibilities include guiding middle to high school students in various subjects and mediums. Alongside teaching, Jeffrey serves as an inventory manager for Jonathan Rachman Design/J.Rachman and has contributed as a comic book artist for Kid Heroes Productions, illustrating cover art and stories for the film "LUMPIA WITH A VENGEANCE." Previous roles include digital artist for NBC Sports, motion graphic designer at Kika Tech, and flash animator for Narvalous Inc., demonstrating a diverse skill set in the creative arts. Jeffrey holds two Bachelor's degrees from the Academy of Art University, one in Illustration and another in Computer Animation.
