Glami Chan has extensive work experience in customer success management and business development. Glami is currently working as a Principal Customer Success Manager at iCIMS since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft from October 2018 to October 2022 as a Customer Success Manager for enterprise and strategic accounts in the Modern Workplace division.

Glami started their career at KTL Jewellery Manufacturer Ltd. as an International Sales Executive, where they developed new business opportunities, managed key accounts, and implemented strategic sales and production processes.
