Alina Rosu

Alina Rosu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner at ICON plc since July 2021. Prior to this role, Alina worked at PRA Health Sciences, first as an HR Business Partner from February 2020 to July 2021, after holding the position of HR Coordinator from December 2017 to February 2020, and beginning as an Administrative Associate in January 2017. Alina's earlier experience includes serving as the Primary School Administrative Coordinator at the British School of Bucharest from September 2012 to December 2016, as well as positions at IHB Language Training Center and Caro Hotel, showcasing a diverse background in administration and customer care. Alina holds a degree from the University of Bucharest and completed a leadership program through Leadership Management International in 2005.
