Han Zou

Han Zou has extensive experience in statistical programming and biometrics within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Statistical Programming at ICON plc since July 2019, Han Zou is responsible for leading and developing team members to ensure high-quality project delivery. Alongside this role, Han Zou works as a Biometrics Consultant at Bogier Clinical & IT Solutions, overseeing vendors and establishing operational standards for drug submissions. Previously held positions include Global Head of Biometrics Practice at DXC Technology and CSC, Senior Manager of Biostatistical Programming at Incyte, and various roles in programming and statistical analysis at AstraZeneca and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. Han Zou holds both BS and MS degrees in Computer Science/Applied Statistics from IUP and Penn State.
