Roger Hayes

Roger Hayes has over 19 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and research industry. Roger most recently served as the Vice President of Bioanalytical Services at ICON plc since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and General Manager of Laboratory Sciences at MPI Research starting in November 2011. Before this, they held the position of President of Bioanalytical Operations at Cetero Research from December 2010 to November 2011. Roger also worked at Merck (formerly Schering-Plough Research Institute) as a Director from December 2009 to November 2010. Roger spent the majority of their early career at Schering-Plough and Schering-Plough Research Institute from December 2000 to December 2009, holding director-level positions.

Roger Hayes earned their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Adelaide, where they studied from 1979 to 1986.
