Sindhu Banerjee

Sindhu Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they worked at ICON plc as a Clinical Data Lead, where they provided data management support and conducted data analysis for clinical trials. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator and Clinical Data Coordinator at the same company. In these positions, Sindhu took on a leadership role and collaborated with trial customers and other partners to establish data management expectations for assigned trials. Sindhu also established conventions and quality expectations for clinical data and gathered integration requirements for electronic case report forms.

Before joining ICON plc, Sindhu worked at First Friday's Group (1FG), where they held the role of Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer. In their role as COO, they oversaw day-to-day operations and created operations strategy and policies. Sindhu also played a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new members of the company.

Sindhu's earlier work experiences include serving as a Library Page at the Milton S. Eisenhower Library, a Bioinformatics Intern at the Genomics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Center, and an Undergraduate Intern at the Image Analysis and Communications Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. Sindhu also worked as a Bookkeeper at the Milton Public Library and a Research Intern at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Sindhu interned at the Pulmonary Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton.
