Michael Duncan

Michael Duncan has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and web application development. Michael served as a Software Engineering Manager at iCoreConnect from January 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at iCoreConnect from July 2014 to January 2017. Before joining iCoreConnect, they were a Software Development Team Lead at AssistRx from June 2013 to July 2014. Michael also worked as a Web Application Developer at Entertainment Benefits Group from April 2010 to April 2012, and at Equilliance from September 2008 to October 2009. Furthermore, they gained experience as a PHP Programmer at HD Publishing Group from October 2005 to April 2007, and as a Web Developer at Quality Assured Services, Inc. from February 2002 to October 2005.

Michael Duncan attended the University of Central Florida from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications. In February 2021, they received a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute. Michael also acquired certifications in Computer Science and Web Development from Udacity in January 2013.
