Peter Mui

Mobile and Embedded Business Development at ICS

Peter Mui has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1998. Peter began their career as Director of Strategic Business Development at Integrated Computer Solutions, where they managed a R&D project to develop an innovative web annotation service. In 2000, they took on a Project Consultant role at USENIX Association, where they developed and implemented a customer acquisition and retention program that dramatically increased attendance at the organization's conferences. Peter also served as Exhibits Manager, supervising all aspects of exhibitions at the organization's technical conferences. In 2002, they became a Technical Recruiter at Acumen Sciences LLC. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Project Consultant at UCSF, where they participated in the development and launch of programs to enhance entrepreneurship at the Mission Bay campus and taught a seminar series introducing life scientists to business principles. From 2005 to 2009, they held various roles at Squid Labs, LLC, Project.net, Coyote Creek Consulting, and Fixit Clinic. At Fixit Clinic, they were the Founder, and their mission was to provide "Do-It-Together troubleshooting and repair of your broken stuff". In 2010, they became Mobile and Embedded Business Development at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc.

Peter Mui received their B.S in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1982. Peter later returned to MIT to pursue a Multi-disciplinary EECS, Entrepreneurship, AI, Robotics, Physics, and Organizational Behavior degree, which they are currently enrolled in.
