Timothy Jansson

Timothy Jansson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Timothy began their career as an HR Intern at Hebrew SeniorLife, where they audited employee files and assisted with the recruiting process. Timothy then transitioned to the insurance industry, working as a Claims Service Specialist at Arbella Insurance Group, where they obtained information and negotiated settlements for policyholders and claimants. Timothy later joined BJ's Wholesale Club as a Senior General Liability Claims Associate, handling general liability claims. Moving into the education sector, Timothy worked as an English Teacher at Feinschule International Academy and as a Kindergarten/Elementary Teacher at YSO Kids Club. Timothy then served as a Homeroom Teacher at American STEM Education, and as a Product Specialist at Apple, where they advised customers and set up new products. Most recently, Timothy has been employed at ICS Complete, first as a Remote Operations Technician I, providing phone support and troubleshooting various technical issues, and currently as an Onsite Technician, where they provide technical support to the IT department of the Family Health Center of Worcester.
