Paul Schwada

Paul Schwada has extensive experience in the business world, having held executive roles in marketing, product management, sales, and business development at Federal Signal Corporation from 2002. In 2014, they became Managing Partner at Locomotive Solutions LLC, where they partnered with practical leaders to help realize more of the potential in a business or product line. In 2016, Schwada was appointed Chief Operating Officer of The People Driven family of companies, where they led operations for multiple privately-held companies delivering outsourced HR, payroll, staffing, and recruiting services. Most recently, Schwada joined ID Plans in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for providing the most comprehensive property data in commercial real estate.

Paul Schwada attended Olivet Nazarene University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BA and MBA.
