Brandon Parrott

Brandon Parrott is a Senior Software Developer at Idaho Power, with a focus on C# .NET full-stack development, covering MVC and business logic for web applications since July 2018. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as a Software Developer in a freelance capacity from 2017 to July 2018, specializing in web development using C#, ASP.NET, and Angular. At ShiftWise, from 2010 to 2017, Brandon held dual roles as a Senior Software Developer and Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), leading critical code refactoring efforts to enhance an enterprise web application's performance. Earlier experience includes serving as an SDET at Ethicspoint Inc, where Brandon advocated for customer issues and contributed to UI automation framework development, as well as testing and quality assurance roles at First Advantage and Intel Corporation. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a Software Engineering focus from Oregon Institute of Technology, completed in 2008.
